Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in booking Ayam Astar. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for all parties, please review the following booking policies before confirming your event. Booking Confirmation & Deposit A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking date. Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe may result in the date being released and made available for other inquiries. The deposit will be applied toward the total performance fee. Final Payment The remaining balance is due no later than the start of the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods and invoicing details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Cancellations Client cancellations made within 14 days of the event date may be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances and preparation already completed. The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including client cancellation. Event Information To provide the best possible experience, clients must provide the following information at the time of booking: Event date and time Venue name and address Event type Expected attendance Desired performance duration Audio equipment availability Special requests or accommodations Equipment & Technical Requirements Unless otherwise specified, the client is responsible for providing a safe performance space, reliable power source, and professional sound equipment suitable for the event size. Additional equipment requests may incur additional fees. Travel Travel fees may apply for events located outside the Atlanta metropolitan area. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed during the booking process. Conduct & Safety Ayam Astar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a performance if conditions are deemed unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Pricing Performance rates vary based on event type, duration, location, technical requirements, and overall scope of the engagement. Custom quotes are provided for each event. By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
